OVERVIEW

ChowNow was looking to enhance the brand’s ethical spirit and unique position among competitors. I worked with Gretel NYC on a new brand strategy and led the creation and implementation across the company.

WHY REFRESH THE BRAND?

Outdated brand positioning, a lack of differentiation from competitors, and overall inconsistency of the brand across all touchpoints.

NEW SYSTEM

The new brand system drew inspiration from these restaurants with a nod to printed menus and receipts. We kept the palette and system minimal to ensure that each of the restaurants on the platform could shine and focus on the people around the food.

As Director of Brand Design, I led and oversaw the redesign of all brand assets, and partnered with all teams across the company to roadmap, budget, and get work prioritized for launch.
